How do I fully delete my account from Proficonf?

To completely delete your account from Proficonf, contact the Proficonf support team at support@proficonf.com and your account will be deleted in accordance with Proficonf Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellation by User
You may delete your account or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@proficonf.com. We will process your cancellation request and will terminate the Account on the date when we have completed the cancellation process.

So as to avoid the following auto-renewal payment, we recommend you unsubscribe from all paid Plans in the billing section of your Account.

If you decide to terminate your Account or cancel any Proficonf subscriptions you can claim a refund under the provisions of paragraph 3.5 of these Terms of Service.
