What is the difference between Free, Pro, Premium, and Business plans?

In this article, we describe the main features and differences between Free, Pro, Premium, and Business plans.

The Free, Pro, and Premium plans are suitable for individual usage.

The Business plan allows you to create a Workspace, where you can invite any number of members to host simultaneous meetings and recordings, and embed Proficonf video calls on your website or app.

Price - free, no time limit to use

Meeting time up to 24 hours

Up to 5 participants in the event

File storage for host: 1GB

File storage for each participants: 500MB

Pro and Premium owners can additionally purchase Live streaming and Multistreaming from the meeting room to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Restream, or a custom RTMP server.

Business

Workspaces are available in the Business plan. A Workspace Owner can invite an unlimited number of members with the roles of Member and Admin to host simultaneous events.

In addition, you can embed Proficonf video calls on websites and applications. Follow this link to read the developers' docs.

Workspace has 500 GB of disk space available for files.10 GB is included, use above this storage capacity will be charged according to the Business plan.

There are 1,000 permanent rooms available for Workspace and any member can create them. The number of Instant and Scheduled meetings is unlimited.

Workspace members have full access to Proficonf features to host events.
